SmartLord.ai utilizes industry-standard measures to protect personal and financial information. This includes end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative access, and continuous network monitoring.

2. Vulnerability Disclosure

We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in the SmartLord platform, please email security@smartlord.ai. We ask that you do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable timeframe to patch it.

3. Incident Response

In the unlikely event of a data breach, our automated systems and dedicated security team will lock down affected infrastructure. We are legally committed to notifying all affected landlords and tenants within 72 hours of verification.

4. Compliance & Auditing

SmartLord undergoes routine third-party penetration testing and SOC 2 Type II compliance auditing to ensure our internal controls effectively protect user data year-round.
