ADDENDUM, JUST CAUSE EVICTION NOTICE In accordance with recent NY legislation, Lessor agrees that termination of this Lease without cause is restricted to the enumerated lawful grounds. Notice periods and relocation assistance, where required, shall be provided per current state law. Reason for update: Establishes a statewide right to renewal for residential tenants and limits the circumstances under which a landlord may refuse to renew a lease.
