ADDENDUM, IMPLIED WARRANTY OF HABITABILITY Lessor reaffirms the implied warranty of habitability as defined under GA law. Lessor shall maintain the Premises in a condition fit for human habitation, including timely repair of essential services as detailed by the new statute.
