ADDENDUM, RENT INCREASE LIMITATION Pursuant to recent OR legislation, the maximum permissible annual rent increase under this Lease is capped per the statutory formula. Any prior notice of increase exceeding the cap is hereby withdrawn and reissued at the lawful rate. Reason for update: Caps annual rent increases for manufactured/mobile home park tenants at 6 percent plus CPI, with a hard ceiling of 10 percent. Requires landlords to provide 90 days notice prior to any rent increase.
